What is BNF, RTF and DIY?

BNF = Bind-N-Fly freestyle drones come with everything you need except for the radio control transmitter. With BNF products you can use the transmitter of your choice and bind it to the receiver included with the model. RTF = Ready-to-Fly means the freestyle drone you are buying comes complete with everything you need to get flying! This are usually a good starting point for newcomers to the hobby. Includes the radio control transmitter and drone with a receiver bound to the air unit, a battery, props, and sometimes a charger for that battery. Some RTF kits include extras such as FPV gear.

DIY Kits = Do it Yourself Kits, pilots that are inclined to build their own drones will usually choose this option. You will save some money on the process but do keep in mind you will need time to build, program and test the drone.
